Staff at hospital deserve pat on the back

A short time ago I headed into Central Peninsula Hospital to have a bit of minor surgery. What an organization! I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and from then on I was totally taken care of. From registration to pre-op and into surgery and then out everything went great and everyone was outstanding. Even though this was a minor deal, time was taken to fully explain what was going on and what was to happen and any fear that I may have had on my arrival was erased. From beginning to end, all went like clockwork and all those involved need a pat on the back for their good work and need to know how much they were appreciated.
