Intersection needs a light

I think if you were to poll people who use the Soldotna Safeway Store, they would tell you the headache they get trying to pull out of there to take a left on Binkley. It takes up to 30 minutes sometimes in the summer! In the winter, a good 15 minutes or more gets eaten up and your ice cream is melting.

Why, pray tell, is there not a light, or at least a 4-way stop there? The frustration probably makes a lot of folks go elsewhere. I’m surprised there hasn’t been any bad accidents there. It certainly is one waiting to happen!
