We want to share our appreciation and extend a public thank you to all of the staff at Heritage Place for the community of care which is provided there. When our Mother (and wife), Dorothy Shaw began her stay there a few years ago, we were able to witness the commitment to care and respect showed to all of the clients and residents. From the early rehab team (following her broken hip) to her ongoing care team as well as the front office staff, activity staff, social services, nursing and dining services team, they all showed care, respect and love throughout Dorothy’s stay.
The team was always welcoming to the entire family regardless of time of day and ensured that Dorothy could build many relationships with caring staff, like Edie and Jamie, among a host of others. The team consistently worked with and engaged Dorothy. She treasured her many relationships at Heritage and we valued the peace of mind that brought the family. The wonderful community of care of which she was a part was there for her and for us all the way through her final days earlier this month.
Heritage Place is a gem in this community and we are grateful to the team there.
