Ruffner deserves support for fish board

I am writing to strongly urge the legislature to confirm Robert Ruffner for the Board of Fish. As director of the Kenai Watershed Forum he has put fish first. He is a logical intelligent thinker with a common sense approach. He will balance all user groups to make sure fish are conserved for all and has demonstrated this over the years in his work with the KWF. Where he lives is not as important as what he knows and has done. Let the record speak and put fish first.
