PCHS grateful for health fair participation

On behalf of the board of directors, staff and volunteers at Peninsula Community Health Services of Alaska, we want to extend our appreciation and gratitude to the community and vendors for their contribution and support of our 2nd Annual Health Fair that was held Saturday, May 2, 2015.

Thank you to the following vendors who share a common interest with PCHS in serving our community with services that make a difference: Hospice of the Central Peninsula, Geneva Woods, Providence Mobile Digital Mammography, Independent Living Center, Kenai Peninsula Family Caregiver Support Program, Peninsula Smoke Free Partnership, and Kenaitze Indian Tribe. The pamphlets, handouts, and information regarding services helped the public better understand what is available and accessible in our community.

A big thank you to the all the PCHS staff that helped make this Health Fair available.

Sincerely,

Monica Adams, CEO
