Soldotna hockey tops Homer

Pearson has 2 goals, 2 assists

The Soldotna hockey team defeated host Homer 6-0 on Wednesday in Northstar Conference action.

Dalton Pearson had two goals and two assists to lead the Stars, who led 2-0 after one period and 5-0 after two periods.

Also for the Stars, Max Hegge had two goals and an assist, Dagen Walton had a goal, Jonas Perletti had a goal, Kevin Stone had two assists, Jarrett Urban had two assists, Jacob O’Lena had an assist, Josh Kerkvliet had an assist and Matti Silta had an assists.

Cody Harvey blanked the Mariners with 22 saves. Alex Sanarov had 34 saves for the Mariners.
