Homer girls nip Ninilchik

The Homer girls basketball picked up a 23-19 nonconference victory over Ninilchik on Tuesday in Homer.

Ninilchik took a 6-2 lead at the end of the first quarter in the defensive struggle, but the Mariners were able to hold the Wolverines to 13 points for the rest of the game.
