Nikolaevsk cagers sweep Bristol Bay

The Nikolaevsk boys beat Bristol Bay 54-45 on Wednesday at Nikolaevsk in Peninsula Conference play.

 

Andre Tipikin had a huge game, as he scored 32 points to lead Nikolaevsk, making 15 shots. 

Tipikin’s teammate, Blake Klaich, was the only other substantial scorer with 18 points, as the two players accounted for all but four of the team’s points. 

Bristol Bay had a similar story, as Sergie Chukwak scored 20 points to lead the Angels’ effort.

Nikolaevsk girls 42, Bristol Bay 32

Kilina Klaich had 22 points to lead the Warriors to a win against Bristol Bay in Peninsula Conference action.

Bristol Bay put on a display of team balance, as Brittany Munk paced the Angels with seven points, Kendra Holstrom had six points and two other players had five apiece.
