Ninilchik boys topple Lumen Christi

The host Ninilchik boys basketball team finished its Peninsula Conference regular season by knocking off Lumen Christi on Monday in Ninilchik.

The Wolverines took a 23-7 lead after the first quarter. Jack Wheeler poured in 29 points for Ninilchik, including 13 in the first quarter. Ryan Bear added 13, while Jayke Cooper had 12.
