Skyview's O'Guinn nails down All-America honor

Skyview graduate Ivy O'Guinn, now a sophomore at the University of Alaska Anchorage, picked up the first All-America honor of her track and field career Saturday at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Pueblo, Colo.

O'Guinn earned the honor in the 1,500 meters. She finished in 4 minutes, 41.98 seconds, to take seventh place. Last year, O'Guinn took ninth in the event. Everybody that placed in front of O'Guinn is a junior or senior.
