Racing at Twin City postponed

Racing at Twin City Raceway was postponed on Saturday after it was realized that work on the Kenai dirt track would not be ready in time for the scheduled 4 p.m. qualifying start.

According to the Twin City Raceway Facebook page, workers have been constructing a fence on the perimeter of the track, along with upgrading the track surface and bleachers. The fencing consists of pipe being laid down on the outside of the turns, which should help to retain any out-of-control cars.
