Stock cars, motocross to race Saturday

The Kenai Peninsula Racing Lions will host both motocross and circle track racing Saturday at Twin Cities Raceway.

The motocross races begin at noon. The gates open at 9 a.m., while signups are at 10 a.m. and practice is at 11:15 a.m.

The circle track racing then begins at 6 p.m. Qualifying is at 4 p.m., while the gates open to the public at 3 p.m.

There will be stock cars, Legends, Late Models, trucks and Sprints, depending on participants.

Twin Cities Raceway is located at Mile 6.5 of the Kenai Spur Highway.
