Kenai Central briefs: Cross-country starts Monday, Ed Hollier Field to be re-dedicated

The Kenai Central High School cross-country running team will start practice Monday, with a 3 to 5 p.m. meeting at the front entrance. A parent should be available for paperwork.


After Monday, practices will be from 10 a.m. to noon. A full practice and meet schedule will be available Monday.


Kenai Central High School and the city of Kenai with re-dedicate Ed Hollier Football Field on Aug. 17 at 1 p.m.

Jim Beeson, the assistant principal at Kenai, would like as many track and field, football and soccer alumni to be a part of the ceremony as possible.
