CHICAGO -- Michael Jordan had the United Center rocking just like the old days as he and his trusty sidekicks embarrassed yet another opponent.
Only this time, it was the hometown Chicago Bulls that Jordan was helping humiliate.
Making only his second trip to Chicago as an opponent, Jordan scored 10 points and won again in the United Center as his Washington Wizards routed the Bulls 107-82 Thursday night.
The game was so out of hand Jordan didn't even play in the fourth quarter -- much to the dismay of the fans. Most left after the third quarter, and the few who stuck it out spent the final minutes of the game chanting ''We want Mike! We want Mike!''
Jordan also had five assists and five rebounds in 30 minutes, a relatively quiet night for the man who once scored 69 in a game. But it was far better than his first homecoming last January, when he had a career-high nine turnovers and was just 7-of-21 from the floor for 16 points.
Mavericks 102, Clippers 92
DALLAS -- Steve Nash scored 24 points and Dirk Nowitzki had 20 points and 10 rebounds as the Dallas Mavericks bounced back to beat the Los Angeles Clippers.
Michael Finley also had 20 points for the Mavericks, who held off a late Clippers charge to improve to 15-2 at home and a league-best 26-5 overall.
Suns 96, 76ers 78
PHOENIX -- Shawn Marion scored 16 of his 24 points in the second half as Phoenix pulled away from Philadelphia to win its seventh straight home game.
Rookie Amare Stoudemire, coming off a 38-point performance Monday night at Minnesota, added 20 points and 11 rebounds, his 12th double-double in the last 21 games.
Penny Hardaway scored 17, 14 in the second half.
The surprising Suns have won 10 of 12 overall and at 20-12 have the third-best record in the Western Conference.
Allen Iverson scored 12, one more than his season-low, on 4-for-17 shooting. He barely ran his NBA-best streak of consecutive double-digit games to 152 with a three-point play that gave him 11 points with 3:24 remaining. Iverson had six assists.
Kenny Thomas scored 20 for the 76ers, who fell to 1-4 on their Western road trip.
