Former peninsula resident Linda Polyefko died Friday, Dec. 28, 2007 at her home in Anchorage. She was 54.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2008 at Gloria Dei Luthern Church, 8427 Jewel Lake Road, Anchorage.
Ms. Polyefko was born June 13, 1953 in Seward to Robert and Dorothy Lentz. She attended Kenai Central High School and the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She worked as a bookkeeper for Pacific Rim Properties in Anchorage
Ms. Polyefko was a member of the Gloria Dei Luthern Church and the Pioneers of Alaska.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Ms. Polyefko is survived by her mother; son, James, and daughter, Sarah Johnson; sisters, Lorna Sweet and Leslie Hamman; brother, William Lentz; brothers-in-law Kevin Hamman and Will Johnson; daughter-in-law Kathrin Polyefko; grandchildern Kamarielle, Robert, James and Jayden; nieces Becky, Krystal and Casey; and nephews, Jason, Bobbie, Spike and Connor.
Arrangements were made by Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
