Flooding relocates services for Soldotna church

Due to the flooding of its building in December, Soldotna Church of God has had to move its services to different locations.

The Sunday morning service will be held at 10:45 at Soldotna High School. The Sunday night service will be combined with a service at 6 at Soldotna First Baptist Church. The Wednesday night service will be held at 7 at Soldotna United Methodist Church. Late Night, the church's teen program, will be held at 8:30 Friday at Soldotna First Baptist.

Speaker's visit planned Sunday

The Soldotna-Kenai Unitarian Universalist fellowship will host Alaska speaker Dr. Richard Gay at Bridges at 10 a.m. Sunday. Gay's topic is "New Beginnings: Millennium, Year, Psyche." The event is open to the public. A group potluck will follow the discussion.

Musical planned by teens

The First Baptist Church of Kenai presents "Celebrate Life, The Musical," by its teen-age members, at Soldotna First Baptist Church, 159 Binkley at 7 p.m. Jan. 13. For more information, call 283-7672.
