Bible study group begins

Nikiski Aglow began a new Bible study class titled "Believing God," by Beth Moore, on Wednesday. It is open to area women.

The Nikiski Aglow meets at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesdays at the North Star Methodist Church. For more information call Bev at 776-8022, Elaine at 776-8613 or Wanda at 776-8691.

Matrix to meet Sunday

The theme for Matrix is "Never Say Never." It will focus on saying yes to God and no to destructive behavior. The Edge drama team will present the new Nerdo Brothers. There also will be puppet, videos, prizes and give-away bags with some gas cards.

Matrix is designed for parents with young children.

The church is at Peninsula Christian Center behind The Salvation Army store on the Kenai Spur Highway in Soldotna.

Christian center hosts conference

The Kalifonsky Christian Center will host "Blow the Trumpet of Increase 2005" at 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday through Jan. 17 at the center across from Footwork's on Kalifornsky Beach Road.

Thursday at 10:30 a.m. will be presbytery and there will be no morning session Jan. 15. For more information or to register, call 283-9452.

Clothes 2 Go open

Clothes 2 Go is open from 10 to 2 p.m. on Wednesdays in the basement of the Nikiski Inlet Faith Church. Items are 25 cents and up. For more information, call Eula Miller at 776-8251.
