Volunteers, businesses make Junior Achievement a success

Posted: Friday, January 09, 2004

Junior Achievement of the Kenai Peninsula would like to thank all of our sponsors in the last year and years previous. Junior Achievement reaches over 21 classrooms each year, teaching on the basics of economics, business and personal finance.

All of this would not be possible if it weren't for the volunteers and the businesses who make it a reality. So with that we give special thanks to Agrium, Bob Favretto, the Eagles Club No. 3525, First National Bank of Anchorage, Freedom Realty, Fred Meyer, Harbor Enterpris-es, Homer Electric Association, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, the Kenai Rotary Club, Soldotna Elks Gaming LL, The Haircutters Inc., Unocal, Udelhoven Oilfield System and the Soldotna Rotary Club.

Thank you for helping our young children become active mature adults, wise in their ways and a positive part of the economy and society. Let their success be your inspiration.

From the Junior Achievement of the Kenai Peninsula board of directors, (Febra Hensley, Nelson Amen, Randy Daly, Cindy Glassmaker, Robyn Sullens and Kelly Griebel)
