Longtime Sterling and former Anchorage resident, Faron Lavon Hindman, 72, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at her son's lodge in Cooper Landing.
A celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, at The Kenai River Drifters Lodge, 18404 Sterling Hwy. in Cooper Landing. Everyone is welcome. For more information please call the lodge at 907-595-5555.
She is survived by her sons, Tom, Bill, Ron and Frank Williams; and daughter, Margie Haversfield.
