Park access plan coming

A year ago, the Clinton administration was completing the final details of a plan that called for phasing snowmobiles out of Yellowstone.

The Bush administration quickly backed away from that plan. A new vision of Yellowstone's winter future, part of a settlement in a lawsuit filed by the snowmobile industry, is scheduled for release laterthis month.
