Mark your calender for I-Safe (Internet Safety) training from 7 to 8 p.m. Jan. 22. I-Safe is to assist parents in helping their children understand Internet safety. Parents will learn what they can do to help protect their children while they are using the Internet. This evening is being made possible by the Title I program.

The Title 1 program coordinators also are getting ready for the second "Reading is FUN-damental" distribution for this school year. The RIF program provides free reading books to every student throughout the school year during several designated distribution days.

Mr. Seim's class will have a state fair today. Parents are invited to come after 2 p.m. today. Classrooms throughout the school will be invited to visit the fair Thursday to see the exhibit.

The school will hold its spelling bee in the gym at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. All are invited to watch the fourth- through sixth-grade classroom winners in the final school competition.

Falcon Fun Night will be from 3:45 to 5 p.m. Friday for students in kindergarten through third grade. The cost is $2 per student or free if parents attend.
