All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Spinach quiche, marinated vegetables, salad, pears, brownies

Wednesday: Catfish, baked salmon and cod, hash browns, brussels sprouts, zucchini and tomatoes, custard

Thursday: Pork chops, rice pilaf, carrots, banana split cake

Friday: Chicken soup, Reuben sandwich, coleslaw, peach cobbler

Monday: Ham, potato au gratin, zucchini, corn bread, raspberry mousse

Nikiski

Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Pizza, Caesar salad, bread sticks

Wednesday: Malibu chicken sandwich, au gratin potatoes, vegetables

Thursday: Meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, vegetables

Friday: Barbecue beef sandwich, potato salad, baked beans

Monday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables

Soldotna

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Ham salad sandwich, corn chowder, baked custard

Wednesday: Shepherd's pie with moose meat and vegetables, fruit Jell-O, sherbet

Thursday: Tex-Mex chicken, Spanish herb rice, winter squash, brownie

Friday: Hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, corn, pumpkin bar

Monday: Seafood gumbo, cajun rice, cauliflower, butterscotch pudding

All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
