Kodiak residents feel earthquake

PALMER (AP) -- An earthquake centered 65 miles south of the city of Kodiak rattled residents of the community Wednesday.

The West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer said preliminary measurements set the quake at magnitude 5.0.

There were no reports of damage and no tsunami was generated.
