Lack of snow alters skiing meets

Due to a lack of snow in Homer, the Homer relays, which had been scheduled for Friday, have been canceled.

Homer also was supposed to host Besh Cup #3 on Saturday and Besh Cup #4 on Sunday, but those races had to be moved to Anchorage due to lack of snow. The specific Anchorage venues to be used will be decided at the Cross Country Alaska Competition Committee meeting on Wednesday.
