Friday: Macaroni and cheese, fish and chips, scalloped potatoes

Saturday: Beef short ribs with horseradish gravy, egg noodles, broccoli Normandy

Sunday: Roast leg of lamb, rice pilaf, acorn squash

Monday: Mushroom steak, tri-cut red potato, peas, carrots


All meals come with soup, salad bar, coffee, tea, milk and rolls, dessert

Today: Pizza, spinach salad

Wednesday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, baked chicken breasts, broccoli, corn

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, pea salad, tater tots

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.
