Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Roast beef, twice-baked potatoes, brussels sprouts

Wednesday: Lasagna, French bread, Italian vegetables

Thursday: Taco bar, salsa, chips

Friday: Soup and sandwich bar

Saturday: Beef short ribs, au gratin potatoes, spinach, carrots, bread

Sunday: Leg of lamb, oven-roasted potatoes, squash, rolls

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, rolls


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Pepper steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, apple crisp

Wednesday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, baked chicken breasts, broccoli, corn, cherry cobbler

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, pea salad, tater tots, strawberry shortcake

Friday: Barbecue ribs, hash browns, broccoli spears, carrot salad, garlic bread, blueberry pie

Monday: Liver and onions, apple salad, zucchini, roll, ice cream


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and water.

Today: Beef stroganoff, noodles, vegetables

Wednesday: Herb chicken, baked potatoes, vegetables

Thursday: Liver and onions, scalloped potatoes, vegetables

Friday: Cook's choice

Monday: taco bar, refried beans, Spanish rice


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes, baby carrots, bread, cupcakes

Wednesday: barbecue ribs, oven potatoes, coleslaw, bread, applesauce

Thursday: Ham and beans, carrots, corn bread, apricots

Friday: Roast turkey, whipped potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, roll, fruit cocktail

Monday: Beef stew with vegetables, biscuit, tossed salad, lemon pie


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Meatloaf, mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, banana muffin

Wednesday: Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, hash browns, fruit cup

Thursday: Salad bar, chunky tomato soup, chocolate cake

Friday: Lemon chicken, baked potato, spinach, peanut butter cookie

Monday: Barbecued pork, baked beans, green beans, rhubarb cobbler


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Baked pork chops, Spanish rice, corn

Thursday: Chicken stew, potatoes, onions

Friday: Breakfast at 9 a.m. or lunch of stuffed pollock with crab and cream peas

Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables
