Health organization elects new board members

Central Peninsula Health Centers Inc. announced newly elected board of directors Ellen Adam, James Julien, Sasha Lindgren, Don Merry and David O'Dell. Debra Shuey was re-elected to the board.

Soldotna church offers financial seminars

Soldotna Church of God will sponsor "Bob's Financial Champions Meetings and Workshops," featuring Bob Ricci. Ricci will teach principles of debt reduction and financial increase. The workshops will be held at the church, in Soldotna on the corner of Redoubt Avenue and Binkley Street, on Jan. 31, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Feb. 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Wholesale gift show to be held

The 19th Annual Wholesale Alaskan Gift Show will be held Feb. 1 and 2 at the Egan Convention Center in Anchorage.

Admission is free to qualified buyers. The businesses that are invited to attend this show are Alaska gift shops, hotels, lodges and department stores. This show is not open to the public.

This show supports Alaska's economy by catering to Alaska businesses. The show will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Feb. 1 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Feb. 2. For more information, call Dee Carpenter at 907-452-7469.
