ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A man who was walking across a road Sunday was killed by a hit and run driver, Anchorage police said.
The man who carried no identification was pronounced dead at Alaska Regional Hospital. The man was Native, about 60 years old, and had long gray hair, police said.
The man was crossing DeBarr Road shortly before 6:30 a.m. when he was hit by a blue Ford Bronco heading west. Police found the Ford Bronco and were looking for the driver.
