Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Meatloaf, baked potatoes, corn, green beans, rolls

Wednesday: Beef curry, steamed rice with coconut and scallions

Thursday: Stuffed baked pork chops with gravy, winter vegetable medley

Kenai

All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Corn beef and cabbage, carrots, boiled potatoes, cookie, applesauce

Wednesday: Sausage, pepperoni and Hawaiian pizza, cabbage salad, green peas, ice cream sundae

Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, strawberry Jell-O, banana salad, chocolate cake

Nikiski

Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Pork chops, potatoes and milk, gravy, vegetables

Wednesday: Cornish game hens, baked potatoes, vegetables, rolls

Thursday: Lasagna, green beans, garlic bread, coconut pie

Seward

All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Lemon baked fish, red potatoes, baby carrots, dinner roll with margarine, peaches

Wednesday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, green beans, brownie

Thursday: Spaghetti with meatballs, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, Jell-O cubes

Soldotna

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Breaded pollock, linguine with broccoli and clam sauce, gingerbread

Wednesday: French dip on a hoagie bun with au jus, oven fries, coleslaw, vanilla pudding

Thursday: Deep-dish pizza, zucchini squash, peach mousse

Friday: Hamburgers, oven fries, peas, fruit Jell-O

Monday: Country-fried steak, mashed potatoes, string beans, birthday ice cream cake

Sterling

All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Crab Newburg with rice

Thursday: Turkey and dressing, sweet potatoes
