Center begins new program

The Alaska SeaLife Center created a new program for those interested in supporting its rescue and rehabilitation program called the Wildlife Rescue Team.

The team is a new membership- and contributions-driven program designed to build public awareness and involve the community in the center's rehabilitation mission. The goal is to return sick or orphaned animals to good health and their natural habitat.

Those who sign up and contribute to the WRT can follow case histories of wildlife rescued and rehabilitated. For more information, visit
