Kenai Rotarians earn gratitude for work with KCHS students

Posted: Tuesday, February 03, 2004

For the seventh straight year, the Kenai Rotarians have graciously held the "Not For Sale" business ethics seminar for Mrs. DeVolld's senior English classes. We would like to thank the following individuals for their commitment to the students at Kenai Central: Barry Eldridge, Randy Daly, Rick Baldwin, Sig Casiano, Kristine Holdridge, Rick Ross, Wes Keller, Jeff Belluomini, Rebecca Cronkhite, Craig Fanning, Joe Gallagher and Nelson Amen.

These caring businesspeople carved several hours out of their busy schedules to address many important topics: theft of time and money,

harassment, conflicts of interest, chain of command, shoplifting, employee-employer rights, customer relations, corporate giving, whistle blowing and employee firing.

Thank you, members of the Kenai Rotary Club, for your contributions to our community and specifically to the future businessmen and women of the Kenai Peninsula.

Thank you, Clarion, for having an applause section. It gives grateful community members like myself a chance to thank the many generous and kind individuals we have here on the Kenai Peninsula!

Shona DeVolld
