Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednes-day is fruit, Tuesday and Thurs-day is frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Chicken and noodles, peas and carrots, biscuits

Wednesday: Coney Island hot dogs

Thursday: Roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes, scalloped corn

Friday: Stuffed bell peppers, mixed vegetables, sourdough bread

Saturday: Pork roast, winter squash with butter and brown sugar, applesauce

Sunday: Corned beef and cabbage, carrots and potatoes, rye bread

Monday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, warm rolls


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Spaghetti with meatballs, tossed salad, garlic bread, pineapple nut cake

Wednesday: Stuff your own potato bar, chef's choice, broccoli, cherry cobbler

Thursday: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, ice cream sundae

Friday: Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, peas, lemon cake

Monday: Spanish rice with hamburger, apple salad, garlic bread, brownies


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Chili in bread bowls, hot dogs, fries

Wednesday: Fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob

Thursday: Pork ribs with stuffing, vegetables

Friday: Swiss steak, baked potatoes, garlic bread

Monday: Pizza, broccoli soup


Today: Chicken noodle soup, egg salad sandwich, vegetable sticks, fruit cup

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, corn and green beans, bread, brownie

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, roll, fruit Jell-O

Friday: Corned beef, boiled beef, cabbage and carrots, bread, peaches

Monday: Baked fish, rice pilaf, green beans, bread, chocolate cake


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, vanilla pudding

Wednesday: Ruben sandwich on wheat bread, vegetable soup, orange blossom sherbet

Thursday: Catfish filet, hush puppies, spinach, cherry pie

Friday: Barbecued chicken, ranch beans, coleslaw, brownie

Monday: Pot roast, carrots, onions and potatoes, butterscotch pudding


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Chicken with stuffing, green beans

Thursday: Polynesian pork, Thai noodles with vegetables

Friday: Choice of breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. or lunch of soup and sandwich at noon

Monday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and cheese
