SUBHEAD:Veal, Lacitinola announce engagement Caroline Veal of Vianapolis, Brazil, and Paul Lacitinola Jr. of Elverta, Calif., have announced their plans to marry in a June ceremony in Nikiski.
The future bride is the daughter of Tim and Nancy Veal of North Kenai. She is a Nikiski High School and Northwest Nazarene Col-lege graduate. Currently she is teaching in Brazil at the New Tribes Mission School and plans to return to Sacramento to teach elementary in the fall.
The groom-to-be is a sales manager for Ron Wilson and Associates out of Minden, Nev.
SUBHEAD:Steadman, Broderick marry in Utah
Dana Steadman and Ryan Broderick were married at the Mount Timpanogas Temple in American Fork, Utah, in a noon ceremony Dec. 18, 1999.
The bride is the daughter of Stan and Jan Steadman of Soldotna. She is a Soldotna High School graduate and attends Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she is majoring in therapeutic recreation. She also works at the Mission Training Center.
Andrea Steadman, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor.
The groom is the son of Dillard and Marilyn Broderick of Tucson, Ariz. He currently attends BYU and is majoring in economics and Russian. He is employed at Pro Steel.
Brett Johnson was the best man.
A reception was held at the Hillcrest Stake Center in Orem, Utah, following the ceremony. A second reception was held Dec. 23 at the Fairmont Chapel in Tucson.
The couple lives in Provo.
