Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday are frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Pork chops, tomato rice, winter vegetables, rolls

Wednesday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, mushrooms, bread

Thursday: Cornish game hens, wild rice, vegetables with cream sauce

Friday: Taco bar

Saturday: Roast beef, baked potatoes with gravy, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce

Sunday: Leg of lamb, mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus with cream sauce, rolls

Monday: Closed for Presidents Day


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Honey chicken, rice pilaf, peas, apple crisp

Wednesday: Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit salad, muffin

Thursday: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, asparagus, raspberry truffle

Friday: Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini, jellied confetti

Monday: Make your own sandwich


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Pepper steak, twice-baked potatoes, vegetables

Wednesday: Chicken stir fry, noodles, vegetables, birthday cake

Thursday: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, coleslaw, garlic bread

Friday: Soup and salad bar, tuna sandwiches, salad

Monday: Closed for Presidents Day


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Pork chops, parsley potatoes, mixed vegetables, gingerbread

Wednesday: Sweet and sour chicken, steamed rice, Oriental style vegetables, fortune cookies

Thursday: Prime rib with au jus, mashed potatoes, broccoli, dessert

Friday: Breakfast brunch, scrambled eggs, cheddar links, hash browns, oven toast, fruit cup

Monday: Closed for Presidents Day


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Beef roast, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions

Thursday: Chicken Parmesan with rice and stewed tomatoes

Friday: Choice of breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. or lunch of soup and sandwich at noon

Monday: Halibut and chips, peas


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Lasagna with meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread, peaches

Wednesday: Roast beef, baked potatoes, baby carrots, dinner roll, perfection salad

Thursday: Baked pork chop, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, dinner roll, applesauce

Friday: Swiss steak, whipped potatoes, spinach salad, bread, banana

Monday: Closed for Presidents Day
