Flag bearer appreciated
The Sterling Senior Citizen Center would like to acknowledge Ken Laing of Corn Roasters of Alaska for the recent donation of an Alaska flag. Ken was in Sterling and noticed that our Alaska flag was missing. Thanks to Ken, who donated this flag and many flags to us over the years. Flags are a great reminder of our state and our nation that our men in uniform are fighting for.
