(Regarding whether the state or oil companies should pay for tug boat escorts for oil tankers in Cook Inlet):

The state who is owned and controlled by the oil company or the oil company what is the difference? the public pays. If the oil company pays they will just take the cost multiply it by 10 and put it on the pump for us to pay. If the state pays they will have to multiply the cost by 10 and put it on the pump as a tax so how dumb do you think we are ?
