Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday are frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Beef Burgundy with white rice, zucchini and diced tomatoes, French bread

Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots

Thursday: Short ribs, winter blend vegetables, twice baked potato

Friday: Baked ziti with meatballs, Italian vegetables, garlic bread

Saturday: Baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, creamed corn, brussels sprouts

Sunday: Baked ham, au gratin potatoes, cabbage, brown and serve rolls

Monday: Roast turkey, dressing, vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, hot rolls


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, hot potato salad, carrots, roll

Wednesday: Barbecued ribs, chef's choice, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, birthday cake

Thursday: Baked cod, Parmesan noodles, peas, roll, spice cake

Friday: French dip sandwich, spinach salad, fruit cup, vanilla pudding

Monday: Chili with cheese, fruit salad, cornbread, angel food pudding with fruit


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Chicken fried steak, potatoes and gravy, vegetables

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, baked beans, potato salad

Thursday: Roast beef, potatoes and gravy, corn

Friday: Taco bar, rice, refried beans

Monday: Liver and onions, baked potatoes, vegetables


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Pork tenderloin, whipped potatoes, sauerkraut, hot roll with margarine, vanilla pudding

Wednesday: Sweet and sour meatballs, rice, Oriental vegetables, apricots

Thursday: Baked chicken, tater tots, carrot coins, bread with margarine, tropical fruit mix

Friday: Baked fish, oven potatoes, green beans, bread with margarine

Monday: Pork chops, noodles, broccoli tips, roll with margarine, Mandarin oranges


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Lemon breaded cod, rice pilaf, peas, apple crisp

Wednesday: Ravioli with marinara sauce, Italian sausage, brussels sprouts, spumoni ice cream

Thursday: Cabbage rolls, steamed potatoes, carrots and peas, tapioca pudding

Friday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, corn, orange Jell-O with pineapple

Monday: Oven chicken, baked beans, peas, berry pie


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Beef roast, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions

Thursday: Chicken Parmesan with rice and stewed tomatoes

Friday: Choice of breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. or lunch of soup and sandwich at noon

Monday: Halibut and chips, peas
