Today: Carved ham, au grautin potatoes, broccoli Normandy, rolls, salad bar, soft ice cream cones or sundaes

Wednesday: Liver and onions, macaroni and cheese, vegetable medley, bread, salad bar, dessert

Thursday: Egg fu yung, chow mein, steamed rice, salad bar, fortune cookies, soft ice cream cones or sundaes

Friday: Old-fashioned chili burgers, seasoned oven fries, salad bar, dessert

Monday: Beef roast, baked potatoes, peas, scalloped corn, salad bar, rolls, dessert


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Pork chops, applesauce, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, bread, cherry cobbler

Wednesday: Hawaiian chicken, aloha rice, carrots and snow peas, pineapple salad, bread, birthday cake

Thursday: Cornish game hens, sausage stuffing, corn bread, orange salad, cottage cheese, ice cream

Friday: Short ribs, mashed potatoes, cooked cabbage, baby carrots, bread, chocolate sampling

Monday: Veal Parmesan, noodles, spaghetti sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread, jelled confetti


All meals served with salad, juice, coffee, iced tea and water

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.
