All 23 of the teams remaining in the Iron Dog 2000 snowmobile race have checked into Nome.
Dusty Van Meter of Kasilof and Todd Palin of Wasilla, Doug Brewer of Kenai and James Dick of Seward, Soldotna's Rick Bailey and Steve Sholin, and Jackie McGahan of Kenai and Dwayne Drake of Wasilla pulled into Nome Tuesday.
Peninsula competitors reaching Nome late Tuesday and Wednesday include Soldotna's Scott Davis and teammate Kirk Hibbert of Minnesota, who arrived in Nome at 8:54 p.m. Tuesday.
Soldotna's Lane Giesler and Anchorage's Calvin Frey Jr. arrived in Nome at 12:36 a.m. Wednesday.
