Woman dies in truck collision with bus

JUNEAU (AP) -- One person died and two were injured after a city bus collided with a pickup truck on an icy rural road Monday night.
Juneau police said Claudia Valley, 45, was ejected from the pickup truck and pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
The driver of the bus and another occupant of the pickup were transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for treatment.
The bus and the truck were traveling in opposite directions.
