Lytle to tour West Coast

Kasilof resident Kay Lytle recently was accepted to tour with The Continental Singers, a nonprofit Christian singing group.

To be chosen to perform, members had to audition, submit a demo tape, provide proof of past singing experience and explain their relationship with God.

Lytle will arrive in California on Wednesday and spend nine days at a performing arts camp practicing voice, dance routines, drama, technical engineering and ministering. The group then will spend the next four weeks touring California, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Washington and Oregon.

Lytle is the daughter of Pat and Terry Lytle and an eighth-grader in the Connections program.
