Sterling resident Ellis E. Cline died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001, at his residence in Sterling. He was 42.
At the family's request, no services are planned. Mr. Cline's ashes will be scattered in the Kenai River.
Mr. Cline was born July 21, 1958, in Bremerton, Wash. He moved to Alaska in 1995 and worked for Fred Meyer in Soldotna for the last four years.
He loved to hunt, fish, hike and camp.
Mr. Cline is survived by his father and stepmother, Leslie L. and Agnes D. Cline of Port Orchard, Wash.; sister, Robin Hall of Port Orchard; nieces Aleada Hall of Seattle and Jovita Hall of Port Orchard; and several cousins.
