Boot camp slated

The Alaska Young Marines will hold a boot camp at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Soldotna Elks Lodge. For more information, call Carol Lasky at 260-3857 or 776-6508.

Soldotna Elks table tennis results

Gary Brumley and Steve Anderson won the Soldotna Elks Lodge's doubles table tennis tournament Wednesday. Ray DeBardelaben and Joe Szczesny placed second, and Rob Correson and Matt Farris placed third.

The Soldotna Elks hold table tennis tournaments every Wednesday night beginning at 6:30 p.m. For more information, call Ray at 262-7415.

Pop Warner registration begins

Registration has begun for Pop Warner football and cheerleading. Registration forms are available online at www.kppopwarner.com.

KCHS class reunion planned

The Kenai Central High School class of 1995 will hold its 10-year reunion June 17 through 19. It is gathering a roster list for the event and still is missing many students' names. Soccer registration begins

The Kenai Peninsula Soccer Club will hold tryouts March 4, 5, and 11. It is a competitive club for kids who want to take their soccer play to the next level.

It has teams for kids ages 9 t0 18. For more information, visit www.kpsc.us or call Mary Daly at 394-1112 for tryout times and locations.
