Nikiski seniors host open house

Nikiski Senior Citizens Inc. will host an open house for its new senior housing, phase one, from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday on Lake Marie Avenue, off Holt Lamplight Road. For more information, call 776-7654.

Quilters set to sew

Stitches of Love quilters, making quilts for foster children and community emergencies, will meet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the library at Redoubt Elementary School. It is open to the public.

Youth court offered

Kenai Peninsula Youth Court will hold weekly classes for new Youth Court attorneys from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the former Kenai courthouse. Classes are offered free to students in grades seven through 12. Classes end May 1. For more information, call Ginny at 398-4027.

Swim lessons offered in Nikiski
