Kenai Peninsula Iditarod 2005 mushers

There are seven mushers competing in the 2005 Iditarod Sled Dog Race from the Kenai Peninsula.

Some are veteran racers, including last year's winner, Mitch Seavey, and some will be out on the trial for the first time.

The following is a brief biography about those representing the peninsula this year.

Lance Mackey

Best finish: 24th in 2004
