Addictions group meets

Reformers Unanimous, a Christ-centered addictions program, meets at 7 p.m. Fridays at Immanuel Baptist Church. For more information, call 283-9361.

Swaziland presentation planned

Renee Duncan, assistant pastor at Peninsula Christian Center, will speak about her trip to Swaziland at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the church behind The Salvation Army store on the Kenai Spur Highway in Soldotna. Kids’ night out planned

Lighthouse Community Church hosts Kids’ Night Out from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sundays. Van rides are available. Children in grades kindergarten through six are eligible to attend. For more information, call 776-8234 or 252-4454.

Clothes available for needy

First Baptist Church’s clothes closet offers clothing for those in need from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays in the garage at 119 Little St., off Binkley in Soldotna.

On Saturdays with inclement weather, the clothes closet will be open by appointment only. To make an appointment, call 260-4806.

Shaping your life class offered

Christ Lutheran Church is offering Lifeshapes and Transforming Truths classes Tuesday mornings and evenings and Wednesday evenings. Various shapes are used as guides for learning, growth, purpose, peace and prayer and improving busy lifestyles.

Soldotna Aglow to meet

Soldotna Day Aglow will hold a Beth Moore Bible study called “Believing God” at 10 a.m. Wednesdays at Peninsula Christian Center, behind The Salvation Army in Soldotna. Fellowship and a coffee drawing begins at 9:30 a.m. Child care is provided.

Nikiski Aglow plans activities

Nikiski Aglow, a women’s Bible study group, will host the following activities: Beth Moore video Bible study on Daniel at 9:30 a.m. Wednesdays, beginning this week, downstairs at the Nikiski North Star United Methodist Church; and worship night at 7 p.m. today at the Nikiski Nazarene Church. Dea McClure will led the service. Worship night is open to the public.

Kenai Aglow meets at 7 p.m. Mondays at The Salvation Army Church on Forest Drive in Kenai.

Art exhibit planned

The Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Sterling is planning its fifth annual Stations of the Cross Art Exhibit. Local artisans will portray events of the “Passion of the Christ.” The exhibit will be open to the public daily beginning April 1, Palm Sunday, until April 8, Easter Sunday.
