All meals served with salad bar, milk and bread or roll.

Today: Barbecued pork ribs, baked beans, broccoli, cauliflower

Wednesday: Meatloaf, whip-ped potatoes, zucchini, carrots

Thursday: Curried chicken with asparagus, white rice

Friday: Pork roast, acorn squash, spinach, applesauce

Saturday: Roast turkey breast, mashed potato, dressing, mixed vegetables

Sunday: Sirloin tip roast, baked potato, broccoli

Monday: Ham, cauliflower with cheese sauce, yams and applesauce


Today: Liver and onions, baked potatoes, green beans

Wednesday: Shake-and-bake chicken, potatoes, gravy, broccoli Normandy

Thursday: Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, fried cabbage

Friday: Cook's choice

Monday: Taco bowls, Spanish rice, Mexi corn


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, fruit Jell-O with whipped cream

Wednesday: Chicken breast in mushroom sauce, garden rice, sugar cookie

Thursday: Cheeseburger on a bun, oven fries, peas and carrots, chocolate pudding

Friday: Pork chop casserole with applesauce gravy, carrots, melon slice

Monday: Chili con carne, frankfurter on a bun, vegetable medley, butterscotch pudding
