Former Kenai Peninsula resident Nancy Kay Williams died Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, at her home in Anchorage. She was 34.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today, March 4, at Kehl's Forest Lawn Mortuary, 11621 Old Seward Highway in Anchorage.
Mrs. Williams was born June 17, 1969, in Omak, Wash. She lived in Sterling, Nikiski and then Anchorage. Throughout her adult life, she was a homemaker.
"She was a loving wife, mother, aunt and daughter. She will be in our hearts forever," her family said.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Tom Williams; son, Derick Williams; stepson, Tommy Williams; daughter-in-law, Tabatha Williams; granddaughter, Kaylee Williams; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Stephanie Woda; sister and spouse, Beverly and Ed Philips; brothers-in-law, Bill, Ron and Frank; mother-in-law and spouse, Faron Hindman and Frank Garrett; father and stepmother, Melvin and Joyce Woda; mother and stepfather, Jewell and Tom Miles; and nieces and nephews, Justin, Michael, Randy, Alan, Megahn, Nick, Alex, Wendell, Valarie, Anna, Calvin, Rick and Casey.
Memorial donations may be made to the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, 55 Chapel St., Newton, MA 02458-1060.
