Eacker guilty

A Kenai jury found Jimmy Eacker guilty Wednesday afternoon in the 1982 murder of Toni Lister in a criminal cold case brought back to life.

After a single day of deliberation, the jury convicted a charge of 1st degree murder, which carries a penalty of 20-99 years in prison.
