The Tustumena District of the Great Alaska Council, Boy Scouts of America will hold a District Committee meeting and Round Table today. The Committee meeting starts at 6 p.m. and the Round Table begins at 7 p.m. at the Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association on Kalifornsky Beach Road.

Guest lecturer Pegge Bernecker, author, editor, and local expert on social media, will speak on Saturday from 2 to 3 p.m. at Kenai Peninsula College room No. 158, about the significance of social media. The Cooperative Extension Service is offering a free class to demonstrate how to make and use cloth diapers.
